Oatmeal Stout 2015

Brewed on 9/26/2015 with 14 pounds of grain. 2-row base malt, midnight wheat, roasted barley, chocolate malt and special B. Maybe some vienna malt, I forget. And toasted oatmeal (300F for 25 minutes).  I wrote it down but now can't find it. Anyway... I mashed the 14 pounds of grain at 154 F for 70 minutes. Mash out at 168 F. Collected 7 gallons of 1.061 wort. 90 minute boil.
Hops:
1 oz Kent Goldings 5.7% @ 60
2 oz Fuggles 4.2% @ 60

Yeast: Safale US-04 @ 68 F

This beer was mostly drank from the keg by me. A few bottles slipped out here and there. If you got one with a label, it was one of six. I hope you liked it if you got a bottle. As I can't find the grain bill, this recipe will never be repeated. Enjoy. And all comments are welcome, help me get better.  Did you taste something funny? Was the beer has gone flat, or was too fizzy? Please give me your opinion, thanks a bunch!
