I decided to start this blog as a way to keep track of my recipes and having an easy way for people who try my beer to give me some feedback.
This blog is written from the standpoint that you got one of my beers and scanned the code on the label. If you found it some other way, feel free to comment or ask questions about recipes or processes. If you live in North Alabama, hit me up for a sample. It's illegal to sell my homebrew but I can give it away!
I really do want any feedback about my beer or my recipes. If you hate it, tell me why. Please. Tell if you loved it and why. Tell me which commercial beer reminds you of my beer. Tell me what's missing. Tell me what shouldn't be in there. I gave you a beer, at least tell me how it was.
If you leave a comment about my beer, it will guarantee I will make sure you get a bottle of the next batch.
