Extra Hour Porter


To celebrate the extra hour of time we feel we receive each year at the end of daylight savings time, I brewed at robust porter with a little extra.
Brewed with Maris Otter, brown, biscuit and crystal 90L malts along with flaked oats and Midnight Wheat malt. Bittered with Fuggles hops. I used Wyeast 1028 London ale yeast.
